ViscoTec vipro-DUOMIX: Precision 2-component dosing for sensitive or compressible materials
ViscoTec has unveiled a powerful new solution for dosing compressible two-component materials: the vipro-DUOMIX, a static-dynamic mixer designed for materials with vastly different viscosities, extreme mixing ratios, and high pressure sensitivity.

Like all ViscoTec dosing systems, the vipro-DUOMIX is based on the proven endless piston principle, but with a major advancement: the mixing helix can rotate in both directions, allowing for:
Reduced back pressure (up to 50% less)
Dynamic control over mixing quality
Precise, volumetric dosing with no valves inside the mixing head

Tailored for Compressible Materials
This dispenser is perfectly suited for dosing compressible or shear-sensitive compounds, such as polysulfide-based sealants used in aviation and structural bonding.
